Follow these steps to install the ROM :

1. Wipe data, cache, and dalvik (Factory reset) (Wipe System too for good measure if coming from another ROM)
2. Flash ROM ONLY ------ DO NOT FLASH GAPPS!!!!
3. Reboot
4. Change Interactive Governor to something else or your will have wake lag
5. Enjoy!

Recommendations


If you want this ROM to fly make sure to change the NOVA Launcher animations to "FASTER THAN LIGHT", and go to settings>developer and change animations from 1 to .5 or completely disable them. 

If you are really daring disable Fsync for an additional boost! Download Trickster MOD from the Play Store for full control of your Kernel. I also like to change the dpi to 182 so I can have seven icons on the tray making it look more like SLIM.
